Drink the Rain

I love Sugino Shimai!
Hello my lovies! How are you doing? Is it raining there? Because it's raining here! I went on splits in a pretty place called Muroran and it poured. So I found this old sweater in the closet and rode around all day on my bicycle drinking the rain with Sister Longswamp (Naganuma).

It was my first time going on splits with the Senior Training Leader. Until now they've always been my companion. But it's okay because it was her first time going on splits as an STL so we just ran around together not knowing what to do seeing miracles!

This is a first but this morning I couldn't chose so I have two ponderize scriptures.. #Sorrynotsorry

2 Cor 4:6  "For God, who commanded the light to shine out of darkness, hath shined in our hearts, to give the light of the knowledge of the glory of God in the face of Jesus Christ".

2 Cor 5:6&7  "Therefore we are always confident, knowing that, whilst we are at home in the body, we are absent from the Lord: (For we walk by faith, not by sight:)"

I really like the first one because Jesus Christ created everything. He really can control where the light goes. Because of him be have the light of Christ in us. And that brought us to the knowledge we have!

We matched as a district for zone conference.

Fufu Chan made me a legit iPad picture and it says "in short I'm here because I love my Heavenly Father and his son Jesus Christ" when I read this scripture I though of that. I'm hear to tell people about the light. I like the second one because we aren't in God presence. But we have confidence that we will see him again. I read something recently that said your eyes intemperate what you see during the day and make up your dreams at night so because of that seeing isn't believing. That is why we walk by faith. We can't see God but we know he's there. We see him with our hearts.

This week has been really good. I've learned so much and felt the Spirit working though me everyday. I love the feeling of the Spirit telling you to say something and then watch it change someone's life.  It's so amazing.  Mom asked me what I've learned over the past year and how my testimony has changed. I've been thinking about it a lot. I wish I could put everything I've learned over this past (almost) year in an email but I can't.

All I can say is I know Jesus Christ lives. That he is our Savior. I know that God is always, always listening to our prayers and ready to help up. I know families can be together forever.  I know that when it gets hard you can find happiness no matter who or where you are. I know with my whole heart the church is true. And that you can know it too.

Splits in Muroran.  Hebiguchi Shimai is the coolest!

I love you all! I got a lot of scriptures and personal experiences this week and it was so fun reading them all! Please send me your favorite scripture this week or a spiritual experience, I can always
use them in lessons.

You're the best!
